In Luke chapter 18 Jesus hinted to watchman on the wall when he spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint (Lk. 18:1). Put it another way, we must be modern-day watchman on the wall. Paul even puts it strongly in 1 Thessalonians 5: 17 the we are to “Pray without ceasing”.

Prayer is the Christian’s vital breath, The Christian’s native air, His watchword at the gates of death, He enters heav’n with prayer.
Biblically, a watch refers to a specific time or moment of the day. The Bible according to the Hebrew standard, operate under 8 prayer watches that covers every hour of the 24-hour day, remembering that the Jews day starts in the evening.
Therefore, the first prayer watch is from 6 pm to 9 pm; the second from 9 pm to 12 am; the third from 12 am to 3 am; the fourth from 3 am to 6 am; the fifth from 6 am to 9 am; the sixth from 9 am to 12 pm; the seventh from 12 pm to 3 pm and the final watch of the day, from 3 pm to 6 pm.
The first watchman on the wall is the time in which we are to possess the gates. All time has a gate of entrance. There is a gateway of entrance for years, months, weeks, days and hours.
We must use the entrance of time between 6 pm – 9 pm to possess the first gate by way of prayer during the first prayer watch. This is the gate for the beginning of the new day.
In James 5:16 (NIV), we are told that the “prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” As we pray, we stand watch over our families, cities, and nations. Just as men stood on city walls in the Bible to watch for approaching danger, God calls us to be modern-day watchmen to warn those who are in danger (2 Kings 9:17-18).
We are to watch, not only for the enemy’s activity but also for the manifestation of God’s plans. If we watch for the enemy and announce his activity, we can avert the devil’s plans to steal, kill and destroy what God has for us.
Jesus said in Matthew 24:43, “But know this, if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.”
Today more than ever, it is important that we pray and seek the mind of the Lord: “Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven” (Matthew 6:10). Major decisions we are confronted with require us to know God’s individual will for our lives.
With the Holy Spirit’s leading, we can discover God’s will and expose the plans of the enemy through strategic prayer.
As I said before, the Bible speaks of “watches,” which are specific times of the day or night. There are basically eight watches covering 24 hours. This is because everyone is to be watchmen, even though they may not know it.
This is why you may find yourself repeatedly praying at specific times of the day or evening.
If you have ever been awakened during the night or are wondering why you are being led to pray at specific times, it is probably because God wants you to pray or intercede for someone. Every prayer watch has a purpose.
First Watch (The Evening Watch from 6:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M.)
A Time of Quiet Reflection
Jesus used the Evening Watch to go aside and pray (Matthew 14:15-23). After the business of the day is a time to release anxieties to the Lord before going to sleep. This is a time to meditate on God’s Word.
Meditation quiets our emotions, realigns our mind, and frees our will to do the will of God. What we could not hear clearly earlier in the day, we begin to hear during this time. During this watch, ask God to give you clear directions for the next day and about His call on your life.
Jesus also healed many sick people during this time (Mark 1:32; Luke 4:40). This watch is usually for those who have a strong apostolic calling and anointing to break strongholds and walls. This watch is for seasoned Christians who are determined to do mighty things with boldness in the Lord.
Period for covenant renewal with God
Through Jesus Christ, we have a Covenant with God. In this watch, we can ask God to manifest the blessings of His Covenant into our lives.
This is also a time to release judgment on the wicked and decree into the new day God’s blessings upon our life, family, church, city and nation
Whatever happens during the day is determined to a large extent by what is done during the night. The evening is the “foundation” of night and the beginning of the watches.
People involved in the occult say that they begin their active witchcraft at midnight. If we begin to pray strategically during this watch with the Holy Spirit’s leading, we can prevent the kingdom of darkness from releasing curses on the new day.
Second Watch (from 9:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M.)
During this watch, intercessors are able to impact the spiritual realm before the enemy gets ready to wreck havoc. Psalm 119:62 says, “At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You because of Your righteous judgments.” It was at the midnight hour that God struck down the first-born of Egypt, which resulted in His people being released from captivity and set free to worship Him.
This watch is a time when God deals with the enemies that are trying to keep us from entering into His perfect plan for our lives.
In the natural, this time is characterized by deep darkness. In the spiritual realm, the Second Watch is when diabolical assignments and sabotage from the enemy are set in motion. This is why it is important for intercessors at this watch to pray for God’s protection over their families, cities, and nations: Let God arise and His enemies be scattered” (Psalm 68:1).
There are many watchman on the wall ministries where they focus on a time for divine judgments, deliverance, prayer for the economy, tearing down walls of darkness and all the wicked structures from our economic, educational, religious, and political systems.
Pray aloud Psalm 59 and Psalm 68:1-4. Pray that God will arise and scatter His enemies. Have a session of praise and worship exalting God and commanding all creation to praise Him. Read aloud Psalm 148.
Third Watch (The Breaking of Day Watch from 12:00 A.M. to 3:00 A.M.)
This is a period of much spiritual activity. This watch hour will strengthen your faith. It is the same time that Peter denied Christ three times. (Matthew 26: 34, 74; Mark 144:30; Luke 22:34; John 13:38).
The Witching Hour
This watch is the darkest and most demonic part of the night, especially at midnight. Witches, warlocks, and satanists have fun and start their incantations during this part of the night. The devil operates at this time because this is the time that men are in a deep sleep and there are not as many people praying to oppose him (1 Kings 3:20). This watch calls for seasoned intercessors.
You must not be afraid of witchcraft during this watch. The Lord has given us dominion and authority over all things. This watch is geared for those who already know how to use their spiritual armor and war against the enemy.
This is the time to pray against satanic attacks on your life, family members, marriages, churches and communities. We are most vulnerable to the devil’s attacks because at this time we are asleep. Declare Psalm 91:5-6 for Divine protection for yourself, family, church, city and nation.
Time to set your day before it begins
This is a powerful watch to be on when commanding the morning and setting things in place before the devil and his demons have a chance to ruin it. Plane crashes, car crashes, deaths, job loss, and many other acts of the devil can be stopped during this watch when intercessors obey the voice of the Lord and saturate this time with powerful, Spirit-led prayers.
Time for spiritual warfare
This is the time to awake out of sleep and confront every storm of destruction and distraction that is robbing you of God’s blessings and provisions on your life. Also, it is the time to speak peace and calm into every situation of turbulence and confusion.
Time to strengthen yourself spiritually and seek direction
There are many watchman on the wall sermon preached for God’s revelation for breakthrough and for His plans and purposes for your life and territory. This is a time to be vigilant and attentive to what God is saying to you.
Time to pray for release from every prison
The Apostle Paul and Silas were released from prison during this time (Acts 16:25). In addition, God released the people of Israel from Egypt at this time (Exodus 12:310). According to Judges 16:3-4, Samson escaped from Gaza at midnight by pulling up the gates of the city and carrying them out with him.
Time to make your case in prayer
This is the period to pray for God’s provision to be released (Luke 11:5-13; Acts 16:3). It is also time for miracles and for applying the Blood of Jesus.
Dreams flow during this hour
Often, we are awakened during this time with dreams God has given to us. God uses dreams and visions to bring instruction and counsel to us as we sleep. He also reveals areas where we need to concentrate our prayers and intercession.
“In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instructions.” (Job 33:15).
The devil can also attack you in dreams (nightmares), so always pray before you go to sleep and ask God to keep you from the enemy’s devices.
Fourth Watch (The Morning Watch from 3:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.)
This fourth watch is always important because this is the last watch of the night. This watch is the time that satanic agents who went out to perform their activities are returning to their bases. This is the time of the morning when the Israelites were delivered from slavery in Egypt (Exodus 12 and 14).
This is also the time Jesus walked on the water to help the disciples who were caught in the storm (Matthew 14:25-33). This is the time to establish the course of your day by speaking God’s Word and breaking everything that would attempt to hinder His will for your life to manifest on third day. (Psalm 19:2).
Command your morning
Matthew 24:43 says: “But know this, that if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.” This is a disciplined prayer watch for those who have the power and training to wake up early in the morning and set the atmosphere. This is the time for all of the enemy’s plans and strategies to fail.
This watch is for gaining territory, establishing the spirit of prosperity and stopping the devil from hijacking blessings and favor. This prayer watch sets our day before it begins. This is an opportunity to set things in place before the devil and his demons have a chance to ruin it.
Accidents, deaths, thefts, job loss, and any other acts of the devil can be stopped during this watch when intercessors obey the voice of the Lord and fill the morning with powerful prayers.
Time for Declaring God’s Word
This is a time for angelic activity or intervention and a time for blessings from heaven. When we pray, the Lord hears our prayers and sends His angels to work on our behalf. Consecrate all the work for the day and pray for protection for God’s people throughout the day.
“You will make your prayer to Him, He will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You will also declare a thing and it will be established for you; so light will shine on your ways” (Job 22:27-28).
Fifth Watch (The Early Morning Watch from 6:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M.)
Time that God strengthens Christians (Acts 2:15; Psalm 2:7-9)
The spiritual significant of sunrise is having Jesus Christ, the King of kings and the Lord of lords, rise over us (Malachi 4:2). There are many watchman on the wall verses, that can be used during this watch, pray for such issues as healing in your body, relationships, family, government, and the economy.
Time for the Holy Spirit to prepare us for service (2 Corinthians 9:30; Ephesians 4:12)
Acts 2:15 says it was the “third hour of the day” (or 9:00 A.M.) when the Holy Spirit descended in the Upper Room on the day of Pentecost to equip the 120 disciples for service. Regular work schedules usually begin between the hours of 6:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. As you step out, ask the Holy Spirit to equip you for the day.
Sixth Watch (9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.)
Time to see God’s promises fulfilled
This is a time to watch for the Word of the Lord to be fulfilled in your life. This is also the time to receive the supply of all resources needed for every project God has assigned you to fulfill (Exodus 12:35-36). This was the time that the Israelites got everything that they had to use to build the Tabernacle in the wilderness. Pray for the provision to accomplish whatever God wants you to do.
Time to reflect on the power of the Cross (healing, prosperity, forgiveness, strength)
During this time, Christ was sentenced and crucified at the third hour, or 9:00 A.M. (Mark 15:25, Matthew 27:45). After having been on the Cross for three hours, darkness came upon the face of the earth at 12:00 P.M. and continued until 3:00 P.M., when the period of darkness ended.
Because of Christ’s crucifixion, we must crucify the deeds of our flesh according to Romans 8:12-15. We must take up our cross and commit ourselves to Jesus Christ.
The Seventh Watch (12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.)
Midday is an hour of rest and a time to seek the Lord. During this watch, Christ was on the Cross atoning for the sins of the world and restoration man’s relationship with God. Additionally, Peter had a vision of the clean and the unclean animals which God used to let Peter know that God was including the Gentiles in His redemptive plan. Also, it was during this watch that Daniel always went home to pray.
Seven is God’s special number, this is also the time for destruction to run rampant in our nation.
Time of the Secret Place of the Most High (Psalm 91:1)
It is very important to pray in line with Acts 10:9 and Psalm 91:5,6, 14. This is the time to pray to “dwell in the secret place of the Most High, abiding under the shadow of the Almighty,” and making the Most High your habitation. Pray and cut off all satanic arrows that are released at this time so that they will not get you or your family.
Time of letting your light shine brighter (Provers 4:18)
The midday is the beginning of the sixth hour (12:00 P.M.) This is the time when the sun is at its fullest and brightest. Pray that your life would be bright. This is also the time to pray to not be led into any temptation, trap or snare of the enemy.
Eighth Watch (3:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.)
The Hour of Dying To Self and Rejoicing in the Power of Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ died on the cross during this watch. (3:00 P.M.) He took on the sins of man so that we can be reconciled to God through the His Blood. Those who accept Jesus’ sacrifice can now live a triumphant life through Him and are allowed to come boldly before the throne of God the Father. As Jesus died and was resurrected, so the Bible calls us to die to self and live for Christ.
The Apostle Paul said in Galatians 2:20 (NIV), “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
After His resurrection, Jesus Christ gave us power to live a life of victory and the authority to accomplish God’s will here on earth: “Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20, NIV).
PRAYING THROUGH THE BIBLICAL WATCHES
The Watch of the Lord, or watching in prayer, is very important to the plans and order of God. Jesus commanded us to “watch” with Him in several gospel accounts, particularly in the time called “the last days.” He described how we should respond when we see earthquakes, famines, wars and rumors of wars, and so on.
Jesus gave us the keys of the kingdom, and the keys include prayer: “Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name, there I am in their midst” (Matthew 18:19-20).
Jesus wants groups of two or three people to gather in His name and ask in symphony or harmony. (The Greek word translated “agree” is sumphoneo, or “harmonious.”) This is the heart of the “watch of the Lord.” Studying God’s word reveals a model for prayer that is divided into eight watches covering 24 hours. Based on God’s creation, the days are counted from evening to evening as a day.
“God called the Light Day, and the darkness He called Night, so the evening and the morning were the first day.” (Gen. 1:5)
The First (Evening) Watch
This is from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Israelites ordered their prayer times accordingly, beginning with 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. which is a time of quiet reflection. Jesus used the evening watch to go aside and pray. (Matt. 14:15-23) In the early church, this watch at sundown was a time of corporate prayer (Vespers) where candles were lit, Psalms sung, thanksgiving offered, prayers said and blessings invoked.
After the business of the day, it is a time to release anxieties to the Lord before sleep. During this watch, ask God to give you clear directions for the day ahead and about His call on your life.
The Second Watch
This is from 9:00 p.m. to midnight. Ps. 119:62 says, “At midnight I will rise to give thanks to You because of Your righteous judgments.” It was at the midnight hour that God struck down the first-born of Egypt, and, consequently, His people were released from captivity and set free to worship Him.

The Third Watch
From midnight to 3:00 a.m. is a period of much spiritual activity. It was the hour that caught Peter denying his Lord. Often we are awakened during this time with dreams God has given to us. God uses dreams and visions to bring instruction and counsel to us as we sleep and reveals areas where we need to concentrate our prayers and intercession.
“In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls upon men, while slumbering on their beds, then He opens the ears of men, and seals their instructions.” (Job 33:15) It is a time to pray to fortify yourself against doubt and unbelief and even the direction of your path.
Be vigilant during this time and watch for God’s revelation for breakthrough for His plans and purposes for your life and territory.
The Fourth Watch
This is the morning watch from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. The spirit realm takes every word uttered from man as a command and mandate. Command your morning! Consecrate all the work for the day and pray for protection for God’s people throughout the day. “You will make your prayer to Him, He will hear you, and you will pay your vows. You will also declare a thing and it will be established for you: so light will shine on your ways.” (Job 22:27-28)
The Fifth Watch
This is from 6am – 9am in the early morning. To watch is to set yourself to see what God will say to you. (Hab. 2:1) Practicing hearing the voice of God is essential to all the watches. One intercessor shared this insight, “I find the main focus of a watch is found this way: the Word and an event in time intersect. That’s it!
That is the target. It is like the scope on a gun. The point of the vertical Word and the horizontal time intersect (whether it is a sound, an event, a song). That point is the starting point of the watch.”
The Sixth Watch
From 9:00 a.m. to noon. It is generally accepted that this time period marked both Christ’s sentencing by Pilate and crucifixion, and the descent of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost. The Israelites also observed this period as a time for corporate prayer. It was at this daily time of prayer and instruction at the temple that Peter and John were attending when they healed the lame man at the Gate Beautiful.
(Acts 2: 1-8) The watchman guards and watches for the word of the Lord to be fulfilled. Pray for God’s redemptive purposes in your life and region and watch how He answers your prayer during this time.
The Seventh Watch
From noon to 3:00 p.m. at mid-day gives an hour of rest and a time to seek the Lord. Historically, we find Christ on the cross atoning for our sins. Redemption and restoration for mankind manifests through God’s Son.
Peter received the vision of the clean and unclean animals which heralded the inclusion of the Gentiles in God’s redemptive plan. It was during this watch that Daniel always went home to pray and consequently was thrown into a den of lions. Daniel was delivered from the lions’ den, and Daniel’s accusers became the lions’ dinner instead.
The Eighth Watch
Time of the day from 3:00-6:00 p.m. sees the close of the business day. It gives an opportunity for prayer. The Lord tells us to pray without ceasing. The Bible records a pattern and plan for daily prayer that marshals his army’s forces. Beloved, it’s time to watch and pray.
Prayer moves the hands of God. Even as He spoke the universe into creation, God created us in His image. Our spoken words and prayers carry the power of creation within them. As intercessors and God’s watchmen on the walls of our families, cities and nations, we are called to watch over our assignments to see approaching danger and warn those endangered. (2Kings 9:17,18)
We are to watch for the good things and good messengers God sends to His people. We are to watch for the gifted ones and the coming of the Lord’s Presence. We are to alert the people to roll out the welcome mat, saying, “Come, come, come, come! Angels of healing, you are welcome here. Spirit of the Lord, You are welcome here. Gifts of the Spirit, you are welcome here.
Spirit of conviction of sin, righteousness, and judgment come; you are welcome here. Come, come, come, come!” We are to roll out the red carpet to the name and the blood of Jesus, and say, “Come!”
We are to watch not only for the enemy’s activity but also for the Lord’s plans. If we watch for the enemy and announce his activity, we can avert the thief’s plans to steal, kill and destroy.
As Jesus states in Matt. 24:43, “But know this, if the good man of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.” Today, more than ever, it is imperative that intercessors watch and pray, seek the Lord’s direction, and pray, “His will be done in the earth as it is in heaven.”
In Matthew 24 :“Watch out that no one deceives you” (verse 4); “See to it that you are not alarmed” (verse 6); “Stand firm to the end” (verse 13); “Keep watch” (verse 42). In Mark 13: “Watch out that no one deceives you” (verse 5); “Do not be alarmed” (verse 7); “Be on your guard” (verse 9); “Do not worry” (verse 11); “Stand firm” (verse 13); “Be on your guard”(verse 23); “Be on your guard. Be alert” (verse 33); “Keep watch” (verse 35); “Watch out” (verse 37). And in Luke 21:“Watch out that you are not deceived” (verse 8); “Do not be frightened” (verse 9); “Stand firm” (verse 19); “Stand up and lift up your heads” (verse 28); “Be careful” (verse 34).; “Be always on the watch and pray” (verse 36)

Many people today know we are living in the end-times, but many others deny it. For me personally, I know how hard it is to convince my family and friends, that they need to focus on being right with Yeshua more than anything because time is almost up. But a lot of times it falls on deaf ears I made this video to be a tool to clearly show how far we are into the last days and why.

These are 10 reasons you should know we are living in the end-times.
Number 1 – Evil is now good:
At the time of me promoting this video, they are literally playing Maleficent on television. A movie which made an evil witch the hero. Today evil is being promoted as good. I explained this in my video about the movie “Black Panther“.
All one needs to do today is review the values from a mere century ago and compare them with today’s values. It’s very easy to see that what the majority once held as good is no longer agreed upon.
The point is, evil is now seen as good across the board and only continues to get worse. 2nd Timothy chapter 3 tells us what people will be like in the last days. After reviewing this scripture you’ll see just how spot-on Elohim’s word is. You can’t deny that this is not a general description of people today.
Number 2 – The United Nations sustainable development:
I realize number one isn’t enough evidence for a naysayer, so I will immediately jump into indisputable information the United Nations sustainable development goals, also known as Agenda 21 is a great start.
The Bible prophesies in the Book of Revelation chapter 13, that Authority will be given to The Beast over every tribe nation and tongue, and he will be in charge of the world which he breaks into ten kingdoms.
This is the world government.
You’ve probably heard this conspiracy before, right now we currently have independent nations that are responsible for their own people but there is not a direct governmental body that all nations get the directors from. Or is there?
The United Nations sustainable development goals, are a set of goals that all nations of the world have signed into agreement on September of 2015. There are 17 goals that their website literally says will be used to transform the world.
All nations of the world are moving within this agenda. And while if you look at the goals generally, they can seem like a good thing. Like who would disagree with no poverty? but if you just dig slightly deeper into these goals, you can see something much more complex in the making that we are living in the end-times.
There are too many instances to count already. A video on this alone could be done, but you should do your own research.
The point is, the world has agreed to move towards a world government that is administered and controlled by the United Nations. Didn’t George Bush Senior say that that’s what a new world order was? the problem is, they have not told the general public directly of this goal.
All Nations have signed and agreed to these terms.
So regardless if you believe we are living in the end-times or not you should at least have a good understanding of the direction the world is moving towards and if you don’t believe it’s about a world government, I just want you to think about this; every year for the past five years, there’s been a Global Citizens Festival (GCF).
A festival that has been purposed with celebrating these United Nations sustainable development goals, but just dissect what everyone is celebrating. What’s the definition of a citizen?
A citizen is a native or naturalized person who owes allegiance to a government, and is entitled to protection from it.
If this was a United States Citizens Festival, it wouldn’t be a big deal because we know we are actually citizens of the United States. But a global citizen? what Global government are we a citizen of? We have been conditioned to accept this Global government that’s coming without knowing we are living in the end-times.
Do your own research though. They are not hiding this information, if you do not know about the United Nations sustainable development goals, you don’t know much about this world’s Direction.

Number 3: Bitcoin and the mark of the beast:
I won’t dedicate much time to this because there is a video that explains this more in depth. I’ll just say that many people that are deniers that we are we are living in the end-times, deny it because they believe past Generations said the same thing, and it didn’t happen.
Just like our parents thought that the Cold War would be the end. Or our grandparents thought that World War II was the end.
While I don’t discredit that maybe they did think like this at the time, I believe whatever their views were, they were not biblical. The reason I say this is, there was at no time technology that remotely could have been the mark of the beast.
Cash and physical currencies during those times were King and widely accepted.
Today, not only has the dominance of physical currency gone away, making us more of a cashless Society than ever, but we’ve never before had a truly Global type of currency that has nothing to do with a specific Nation border or Central Bank.
That’s what Bitcoin is, but on top of that, we’ve never had the technology of an insertable microchip that holds all financial and medical information that also is growing in wide acceptance and people are now anticipating using it.
You need to understand this. To get a deeper understanding of Bitcoin and the mark of the beast will open your eyes we are living in the end-times.
Number 4: One world religion. If you heard about the one world government conspiracy then you’ve probably heard about the one world religion conspiracy. That’s because it goes with the same Bible verses as the world government in Revelation chapter 13.
The whole world worshiped the Beast.
Never before have we seen so many prayers with the religious leaders of the three major faiths praying together.
You’ll see that in many instances, leaders of Jewish, Christian and Islamic faiths are all praying together as if they are praying to the same God.
They call it Interfaith prayers and worship.
I’ll never forget the blaspheme of one of those Services they had after the shooting in Dallas. The Interfaith choir sang Total Praise by Richard Smallwood. I wonder to myself what God do they think they’re really praising.
Pope Francis has been a great influence in promoting this. He recently said that hell isn’t even a real place.
WOW!
But he’s done much to promote this one world religion. We’ve never seen this before in our world history. You need to pay attention to all these things that we are living in the end-times.
Number 5: The fight for Jerusalem and the Third Temple.
Now there’s a reason why president Trump had pushed to move the U.S embassy to Jerusalem. He is now bringing Global attention to the city that Elohim has chosen. But there is a massive amount of movement happening in Jerusalem while on top of that the Israelis have been pleading to rebuild the Temple.
If you pay attention to the news over in Israel, you can’t deny that something’s going on over there. It might not be real to everyone because our news networks in the US and else where don’t cover it.
But the Israelis have been making major preparations for their Temple, putting together specific things they need in order to Worship in the temple.
Things like a specific red heifer they need for their sacrifices and other materials. These are recent developments that just goes along with the times we’re in, don’t ignore them, they are part of the equation we are living in the end-times.
Number 6 – The U.S economy is collapsing: Again there is a video about this subject that covers this more in depth. Please understand that the points that mainstream media makes about the US economy currently being great and the U.S being at record unemployment are myths.
Do you feel that this economy is great? Are there a bunch of great jobs available for you and your children?
I focus on the US economy because it has so much impact on the global economy. It is the leader, so let me explain, since the Great Recession, they did not fix too big to fail, they made it worse. They did not fix the debt markets, they subsidized it and intensified our debt levels.
In 2009, our national debt was 10.9 trillion and today in 2018 it’s over 21 trillion nearly doubled in nine years.
The stock market was at all-time highs in the beginning of the year but is dramatically retreating from this. Do you remember what happened in 2007 a little bit after we hit all-time highs? The mainstream media is just waving it off as a normal Market correction, but it is much deeper than that.
Let me be clear, this economy has to collapse. It is mathematically impossible for it to be able to sustain itself especially with the feds still raising interest rates.
There are massive bubbles that must pop.
If you remember the collapse in 2007/2008, they said if they did not take the actions they took, the global economy would have collapsed in two or three days.
We’re now worse off in every indicator and they can’t even take the same actions they took before should a problem erupt. If you are comfortable with today’s world, it’s only because you’re either believing in the mainstream media that things like the economy are great, or you’re not paying attention to the economy clearly indicating that we are living in the end-times.
This is important to understand because it paves the way for a new Financial system like Bitcoin.
Number 7 – The trade War and the collapse of the US dollar.
If you’ve been paying attention to the global news over the past few years you should have been anticipating this coming trade War as well as the recent actions from the U.S. The Eastern nations of Russia Iran and China have been making major moves against the US dollar.
The general public believes that Trump just decided to recently push these tariffs on China, but I have been personally expecting action because China is making major moves against the U.S dollar.
They literally were said to start pricing oil in their currency Yuan, and they are supposed to be doing this one month after Trump announced the hard stance against them. But their move was playing months before Trump’s action was even discussed.
There’s too much to explain, but this trade war is not about what the mainstream news is saying, these actions president Trump is taking are not about getting a new deal, it’s in response to the challenge of the petrol dollar.
China is pricing oil in their currency, the first real legitimate challenge to the petro dollar we’ve seen. No matter what happens from this it will be bad for the world. This by itself could collapse the global economy, but I listed as separate because it literally is independent of how bad the global economy is.
Just understand what you’re seeing and hearing about the trade war is not real.
This threatens the current system and we are at a point of no return as you hear this trade War intensify you should be bracing for a major problem that cannot be avoided because we are living in the end-times.
Number 8 – The wealthy are preparing for a global catastrophe:
Did you know that nuclear bunkers are in a higher demand than ever before?
Did you know the underground bunkers are now seen as a status symbol of wealth? They are literally preparing for a major Global catastrophe, as signs we are living in the end-times.
There’s even membership clubs that you can join to be in underground communities. Russia is having nuclear drills with its citizens. The point is the wealthy knows something the general public does not know.
This didn’t just become a phenomenon for no reason.
The world is on edge because we are living in the end times. While the general public is expecting Good Times ahead. They are preparing, why aren’t you?
Number 9 – The world is desperate for new leadership: I believe this was the whole reason for the Trump presidency, besides him being a scapegoat for what’s coming. The world has been under the United States leadership for the past 60 to 70 years.
The U.S has been the world leaders but because of actions from Bush, Obama and now especially Trump, and now Biden seems to be the worst of them all, the world desires new leadership.
We have not seen what this looks like yet.
There is not one specified leader today that the world values their opinion collectively, but the world is searching for him and being that the United States is no longer in the position we should be bracing for and expecting a major change.
Number 10. The world is on edge for World War III:
The United States versus North Korea, United States and England and NATO versus Russia, because of the poisoning of the spy in England and the buildup of arms on the Russian border, Russia and Ukraine conflict, United States versus China because of the provocations in the South China Sea, China versus Tiawan conflict.
United States versus Iran because Trump wants to get out of the nuclear deal, United States versus Syria because the U.S. wants Assad removed.
Israel Saudi Arabia versus Iran and turkey for Domination of the Middle East as well as the threat of terrorism from Isis.
The world is on edge for war, do you think that these conflicts will just go away on their own? Are you expecting all these conflicts to just go away peacefully?
Again you might not be paying enough attention, so in closing if one or even two of these situations were happening, then I guess I’d understand why you might ignore the thought of us we are living in the end-times.
But with all 10 of these valid points happening all at once, if you think that you can just ignore it and it will just go away, you’re making a huge mistake.
We are just one headline away from a major Global change. The biggest point that I didn’t even list is that the world is accepting the doctrine of Satan more than ever before.
More people aligning with his values than of Elohim’s.
People hate the name Yeshua or Jesus, or they may believe in him, but they do not want to completely surrender to his will.
I know many people who personally know that we are living in the end-times, but just aren’t willing to get past their own selfish desires. Either way, the only answer to these end times is repentance, baptism and surrender to the will of Elohim and complete belief and redemption through the blood of Yeshua.

This should be enough for them to at least think and wake up from the deception at play and whatever is distracting them. Most importantly, do not fear, this is a time when you need faith, not fear!
Believe in Yeshua, trust in him, put your life in Elohim’s hands. The enemy wants you to fear him like he’s in control, but he’s not.
The only ones who should fear are those that refuse to live for Elohim and his will, and yes I’m very afraid for them.

The Bible asked the most profound, piercing and penetrating questions that is relevant to every generation. No human being on earth can escape these questions, even if you do not know the Bible well, you will have to encounter these questions, because they are part of the human existence.
The most importantly unique feature about Elohim’s questions in scripture, they can have different levels of meanings based on the context in which they are used. Questions in the Bible are asked by Elohim Himself, some by angels and others by men.
Some of these questions arise out of direct confrontation by Elohim and mankind, others through casual dialog, some are rhetorical questions intended to provoke food for thought or to make deep introspection of our relationship both horizontally (person-to-person) and vertically (person-to-Elohim).
Elohim ask questions of us, not because He doesn’t know the answers, because He knows all things. The questions from Elohim in the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments, are to get us to think, to repent, and to get us back in right standing with Himself and our fellowmen.
Here are my seven most profound biblical questions I believe are so designed to make us think and reflect on more than just a good answer.
Biblical Question 1: “If a man dies, shall he live again?”
(Job 14:14,) “If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come”. I make this question the number one for two reasons, first it is the oldest soul-searching question in the world, because it is recorded in the book of Job which is the oldest book in the Bible. It was written approximately 3,500 years ago. The second reason I prioritize this question, it is more relevant today than at any other time.
Barring the rapture and the return of Christ in our lifetimes, we will all die someday. Is there life after death? Everyone wonders about this question at some point.
Why is their suffering? Why do bad things happen to good people? If a man die, shall he live again? As Job pondered on that question, so it still plaques humanity until this day! Is death the end? What lies beyond the veil of death if anything? (6)
Job answers his own question as inspired by the Spirit.
He answers it here, and then again in Job 19:25-26 “For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see Elohim”.
Jesus answered his question at the grave of Lazarus when he said: “I am the resurrection, and the life, he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: John 11:25
Paul answered his question when he wrote to the Church at Corinth: “In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed”. 1 Cor 15:52
The believer in Christ shall experience:
a. Change in Address
One day whether through death or through the rapture of the church, we are going to change locations, addresses. We are going to our heavenly home that Christ has prepared for all those who have believed on him!
b. Change in Appearance
“Beloved now are we the sons of Elohim, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is”. 1 John 3:2
Biblical Question 2: “Where are you?”
(Genesis 3:8-12) They heard the sound of Elohim walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of Elohim among the trees of the garden. (9) Then Elohim called to the man, and said to him, “Where are you?” (10) He said, “I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.” (11) And He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?” (12) The man said, “The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me from the tree, and I ate.”
Did things turn out like you wanted or how I predicted?” The question also shows the heart of Elohim, which is the heart of a shepherd seeking out the lost lambs in order to bring them into the fold. Jesus would later come “to seek and to save the lost” (Luke 19:10).
This is the first recorded question by Elohim Himself in the Scriptures. It is not the first ever question mind you. That one was the infamous ‘Did Elohim really say?‘ posed by the serpent. But this is the first question from Elohim and on the surface level He is calling out to Adam, asking where He is. Of course, Elohim knew exactly where Adam and Eve were physically located. And yet He asks the question.
Why?
The question was for their benefit. Elohim was essentially asking, “You disobeyed me; how is that working out for you now? Elohim obviously wants Adam to acknowledge where he is and why he is there.
Where was he? Well, Adam was hiding! Why was he hiding from Elohim? Because he had disobeyed, fallen into sin and he was now fearful.
On the deeper level this question from Elohim goes beyond Adam, it is one that He has asked all mankind over the ages. Humankind has continued to run and hide from Elohim, and Elohim, in His compassion, has sought and continue to seek out the lost. (4)
That question is for everyone, how do you respond to Elohim asking that question of you? ‘Where are you at now?’ Are we hiding from Elohim or fully walking the path of righteousness in the light? Do we know that Elohim is ever seeking us out to draw us back/closer to Himself?
Biblical Question 3: “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
(Genesis 4:8-12) Now Cain talked with Abel his brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him. 9 Then the LORD said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?” He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?” 10 And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground. 11 So now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. 12 When you till the ground, it shall no longer yield its strength to you. A fugitive and a vagabond you shall be on the earth.”
That was Cain’s question in response to Elohim’s question of where his brother Abel was. Similar to Cain’s parents Elohim commenced His response with specific Where? and What? Questions with the intent to bring the child in error face to face with his sin and hopefully to the point of confession and repentance.
Cain was claiming to be ignorant and innocent, but his ignorance was a lie, and his innocence was sarcastic with the intent to be harsh and hurtful. But all of Cain’s responses were rejected by Elohim who said, “What have you done?The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground”. Elohim’s omniscience countered Cain’s lies.
The result of Cain’s unrepentant sin were twofold: The ground would not yield productively when tilled by Cain, and secondly, he would be a fugitive and a vagabond throughout the earth. Elohim cursed the serpent in Genesis 3: 14, He also cursed the ground in Genesis 3:17, and now Cain. Whereas Cain’s parents confess, although in an imperfect manner, Cain did not. However, Elohim did not pronounce a damnation that would prevent him from being saved. But he was driven away from his vocation. (5)
In effect Cain became the symbol of the unregenerated man in his straying and shifting in the earth without rest or peace. However, Elohim extended to Cain preemptive mercy by not giving to him the full penalty his sin deserved, but withholding from him, despite his lack of remorse.
As the Psalmist David says in Psalm 103: 8” The LORD is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. 10 He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. 11 For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him”.
Beyond the fact that Cain had just murdered his brother Abel, Cain was expressing the feeling we all have when we do not want to care about or look after other people. Are we our brother’s keeper? Yes, we are. Does this mean we have to know where they are and what they are doing 24/7? No. But, we should be invested enough in other people to notice when something seems to be out of place. We should care enough to intervene, and look out where the needs exist that we can help. (2)
Yes, we are our brother’s keeper, and Elohim is expecting us to look out for others who are created in His image, because that is a criteria for our salvation. Jesus said in Matthew 25: 31-46
“31 “When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. 32 All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.
33 And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; 36 I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’
37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’
41 “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; 43 I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’
44 “Then they also will answer [d]Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Biblical Question 4: “Is any thing too hard for Elohim?”
(Genesis 18: 9-15): “ And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent. 10 And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him. 11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women. 12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also? 13 And the LORD said unto Abraham, Wherefore did Sarah laugh, saying, Shall I of a surety bear a child, which am old? 14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. 15 Then Sarah denied, saying, I laughed not; for she was afraid. And he said, Nay; but thou didst laugh”.
Elohim is omnipotent, omniscient, all-powerful, and almighty. He can do anything according to His will and purpose. In these days many of Elohim’s people are discouraged, despondent and crippled with doubt. This ought not to be, for discouragement always comes from the Devil, despondency paralyses us of useful service and doubt dishonours the Lord.
Our focus must always be on the promises of Elohim. When we lose our focus we become distracted, and distraction leads to deception. If our faith needs to be fortified, then meditation in the Word of Elohim will do the trick! Because there is nothing, absolutely nothing is too hard for the LORD.
There is no PROBLEM too hard for the Lord to solve, There is no PRAYER too hard for the Lord to answer, There is no PERSON too hard for the Lord to save, There is no PROMISE too hard for the Lord to fulfil, There is no PLACE too hard for the Lord to revive, (8)
We so quickly get discouraged in our work for the Lord. The people of Elohim are frequently heard to say, ‘The work is very hard; it has gone down terribly, and it’ll never be the same again!’ But why should we accept this defeatist mentality when Elohim is LORD of the impossible?

With this in mind, we can have the confidence that GOD WILL ALWAYS BE IN CONTROL and that no matter what life brings, it will ultimately be for our own good.
Biblical Question 5 “How can a young person stay on the path of purity?”
(Psalm 119:9) “How can a young person stay pure? By obeying your word”: By living according to God’s Word, as the King James says, “by taking heed according to your word”. When we “hide” God’s Word in our hearts, the Word keeps us from sin (Psalm 119:11). The Bible does not tell us everything. It does not contain the answer to every question. But the Bible does tell us everything we need to know to live the Christian life (2 Peter 1:3). When we instruct young people on purity, we most often use it in terms of sexual purity, and it certainly includes that. It is also far more far reaching than just that aspect.
Why the focus on young people? Don’t us old folks fail in these areas too?
Of course we all do suffer similar temptations! So, this lesson, while directed towards a young person in the developmental stages of life, also applies to all of us at all time. It is just easier and longer lasting for some lessons to be taught and learned while a person’s mind is still transformable, teachable and able to change. In other words, before we become heart hardened and stiff necked.
Now back to our question: How does a person stay on the path of purity? As the Word of Elohim so often does, this question answers itself. We stay on the path of purity by living by and heeding the Word of Elohim, or put another way, by obeying the Word of Elohim. That’s easy, right? How do we know this is enough? God Himself tells us of the sufficiency of His word in our daily lives. (10)
Psalm 119:11 says: “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee”.
2 Timothy 3:16,17 says: “All scripture is given by inspiration of Elohim, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of Elohim may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works”.
The Word of Elohim tells us our purpose and instructs us how to fulfill that purpose. The Bible gives us the means and the end. Elohim will help us and enable us to live lives that are pure before Him. Elohim likely will not just deliver purity to us in a sack for us to unwrap. We have to actually take what Elohim gives us and apply it to our hearts and to our lives. (9)
Biblical Question 6 “Who do you say I am?”
(Matthew 16:13-17) “ When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven”.
Caesarea Philippi is a district about 25 miles north of Galilee, at the base of Mt Hermon. It is different from the city of Caesarea built by Herod the Great on the Mediterranean coast. (2)
People then and even today see Yeshua the Christ in so many different ways. I was shocked (not anymore), to discover that a man who should be a brother in the assembly where I fellowship, declared that Yeshua is not Elohim the Son, but an angel who is there with the Father from the beginning. Sound like some New Age doctrine.
The truth is, only the Holy Ghost can reveal the real identity of Christ. So Yeshua said to Peter, “…..flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven”. Elohim the Father opened Peter’s eyes the fulness of those claims, and reveal to him who Yeshua really was. To put it another way, Elohim opened Peter’s heart to this deeper knowledge of Christ by faith.
Peter was not just expressing an academic opinion about the identity of Christ, his was a personal confession of faith, made possible by a divine-regenerated heart
This question from Yeshua, is one of the most important that a person will ever answer. For most people, He is a good teacher. For some He is a prophet. For others He is a legend. Peter’s answer, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living Elohim,” is the correct answer (Matthew 16:16). C. S. Lewis addresses the issue of the various understandings of who Yeshua is in his book Mere Christianity:
“I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: I’m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don’t accept his claim to be God. That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic—on the level with the man who says he is a poached egg—or else he would be the Devil of Hell.
You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God, or else a madman or something worse. You can shut him up for a fool, you can spit at him and kill him as a demon or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God, but let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about his being a great human teacher. He has not left that open to us. He did not intend to.” (7)
Biblical Question 7 “What shall I do then with Jesus?”
(Matthew 27:19-26) 19 When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him. 20 But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus. 21 The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.
22 Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. 23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified. 24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. 25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children. 26 Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
Everyone of us must make a decision about Elohim in our lifetime. This was Pilate’s question to the crowd gathered at Yeshua’s’ trial. Their answer: “Crucify Him!” Their shout a few days earlier had been different: “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” (Matthew 21:9).
The Christ was betrayed by Judas and arrested by the Roman soldiers. He was then facing Pilate who thought he held Yeshua’s fate in his hands. Unbeknown to him, what Pilate really held in his hands was his own fate. As Pilate was sitting on the judgement seat with Yeshua standing nearby, he asked a question that should cause each of us to stop and think.
It is doubtful whether Pilate truly understood the magnitude of the question, nor did he understand that he was making a decision that would affect his soul for all eternity. (11)
It is amazing how unfulfilled expectations and a little peer pressure can change public opinion. In first-century Jerusalem, people who had an errant view of Yeshua and His mission rejected Him; so, today, people who come to the Christian faith with an errant understanding of who Christ is will eventually turn away.
We must make sure we accurately present who Yeshua is and what Christianity is all about when we share our faith.
Conclusion
Those seven questions are just the tip of the iceberg in terms of the number of questions in the Bible. One reason for the vast number of questions in Scripture, is the Jews way of answering question with a question, it is a part of their culture. You can typically identify this trend in Jesus’s discourse, for example, the encounter with the rich young ruler in Luke 18: 18-27;
And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 19 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. 20 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. 21 And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. 22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. 23 And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich.
Another example is recorded in Luke 20: where the spiritual leaders of the day was questioning His authority. “…..the chief priests and the scribes came upon him with the elders, 2 And spake unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority? 3 And he answered and said unto them, I will also ask you one thing; and answer me: 4 The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men?…….
And just one final example in that same chapter of Luke 20: with the same religious leaders trying to trap Jesus…..
22 Is it lawful for us to give tribute unto Caesar, or no? 23 But he perceived their craftiness, and said unto them, “Why tempt ye me?” It is just normal to here a Jew answering a question with another question. That is cleaver way to get out of a trap or difficult situation.
Questions in the Bible are placed there by the author (Elohim) to keep us on our feet thinking, and reflecting where we stand spiritually, personally, relationally living a God-centered life.

Heavenly Father, in the Almighty Name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, we celebrate the amazing truth that You chose to live in us and that our body is Your temple.
We praise, worship and adore you. Please forgive us when we abuse this temple. Forgive us when we fail to spend time in Your Word and at Your feet in prayer.
We need Your strength and power to practice Godly discipline. We want to become healthy in every area of our life – for our good and for Your glory.
Father, You remind us throughout Scripture that You are faithful to Your people. Jeremiah 33:6 says, “Nevertheless, I will bring health and healing to it; I will heal my people and will let them enjoy abundant peace and security.”
So often, as in the Old Testament, we rebel, neglect to care for ourselves as You do, and end up tired and sick. But Father You are faithful to enwrap us in Your healing love each time we turn back to You.
We thank you for the provision of our body and the variety of foods that fuels them. Forgive us for dishonoring you, at times, by not taking care of this body.
Forgive us also for making certain foods an idol. May we remember that our body is your dwelling place, and treat them accordingly. Help us to make better choices as we eat, and as we feed our friends and family.
Lord, your Word speaks promises of healing and restoration and we thank you for the miracles you still perform today. Today we claim those promises over our lives. We believe in the healing power of faith and prayer and we ask you to begin your mighty work in the life of this nation.
Please reach down and surround the people of Jamaica and all others nations with supernatural peace and strength and give us the faith to believe that all things are possible with you. Protect us from Satan’s lies and discouragement and let our miraculous healing begin
We claim your promise according to Exodus 23:25 “And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee”.
It is your will that we prosper and be in good health according 3 John 1:2 “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth”.
We speak to every broken heart to be healed according to Psalm 147:3 “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds”. And those hearts begin to rejoice according to Proverbs 17:22 “A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones”.
We speak to every spirit that is burdened to find hope, deliverance and salvation in God: “Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, [who is] the health of my countenance, and my God”. Psalm 42:11; 43: 5.
We speak to every sickness that controls the lives of many in this nation to dry up in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth who said in Matthew 10: 8 “Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give”.
We praise and glorify you as King of Kings and Lord of Lords because of who you are and whose we are: “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s” 1 Corinthians 6: 19-20.
May we continue to make peace with the words of our mouth, because soft answer turneth away wrath, and that is good for our health according to Proverbs 16: 24 “Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones.
Lord we thank you for the assurance of your Word that command us to worship you and do what is good: “Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones”. Proverbs 3: 7-8.
We call forth health to invade this nation, in the physical, spiritual, emotional, mental, and other areas that need the healing light of God to shine: “Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward”. Isaiah 58:8.
We call forth the spirit of every healthcare worker in this nation to come into the knowledge of the one who keep us in good health: From the Minister of Health, and those in that ministry; every doctor and nurse, every physical, occupational and speech therapist; every laboratory and X-Ray lab technician.
We call forth the spirit of every Pharmacist to come to the knowledge that healing comes from God. Every dietitian who provides nutritional information to know that good health come from God in Jesus name.
Thank you Lord for hearing and answering our prayers, because we pray in the all powerful and everlasting power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Amen, so let it be.
The Missing Part From Astonishing 80 Years Harvard Study On Teenage Boys
Do you want to improve your success in life and business? The Harvard researchers seem to have the answer in an almost 80-year-old studying the lives of 724 men from their teenage years.
As a result of a very detailed and intensive effort, the researchers concluded that close relationships are what make men happy, and that social ties shield people from life challenges while improving mental and physical health.
The revelation according to Dr Robert Waldinger, a psychiatrist and professor at Harvard Medical School, “Taking care of your body is important, but tending to your relationships is a form of self-care too”.
Waldinger said in a “TED Talk” released in 2015, that “good relationships keep us happier and healthier.”
The ongoing Harvard study is believed to be one of the world’s longest studies of adult life, having started in 1938 during the Great Depression.
In the past 80 years, the researchers tracked the lives of 724 men, following up with each one on an annual basis to ask about their work, home lives and health.
The young men were divided into two groups. The first group were sophomores at Harvard College while the second was a group of boys from Boston’s poorest neighborhoods. They were investigated from the time they were teenagers all the way into old age to determine what keeps men healthy and happy.
Each year the researchers pay personal home visits and asked about their work, their lives, their health, without knowing how their stories were going to pan out. It turns out that flourishing in life is a function of close ties with family, friends, and community. It had nothing to do with fame, wealth, social class, IQ, genes, or any of the often celebrated variables.
This research is extraordinary in many way, because they not only received questionnaires, according to Dr Waldinger, but they were also interviewed in their homes, provided their medical records from their doctors, got their blood drawn, even their brains scanned and let the researchers talk to their children.
After these many years of gaining tens of thousands of pages of research data based on these participants, Dr Waldinger the fourth director of the study said, the clearest message from the study is that “good relationships keep us happier and healthier.”
These are the three important lessons to take away from the study about relationships.
Social Connections Are Good For Us; Loneliness Can Kill.
Dr Waldinger said social connections made people happier and physically healthier, which as a result, make them live longer too. He calls loneliness a toxic environment for anyone to live in. He points out that people can even feel lonely in a crowd of people or in their marriage.
To quote Waldinger: “People who are more isolated than they want to be from others find that they are less happy, their health declines earlier in midlife, their brain functioning declines sooner and they live shorter lives than people who are not lonely. And the sad fact is that at any given time, more than one in five Americans will report that they’re lonely.”
Quality Should Always Be Selected Over Quantity In A Relationship.
It is the quality of our relationships that really matters, because you can be lonely in your marriage or even in a crowd” says Dr. Waldinger. He continues, and I quote: “It’s not the number of friends you have; it’s the quality of your close relationships that matters.”
Even with couples who nag each other, it was shown that the ability to count on one another contributed tremendously to their sense of stability and well-being.
In a similar way a parent or teacher may have warned you, when it comes to friends, it’s not about the number of friends you have, but “it’s the quality of your close relationships that really matters.”
You should spend time and effort to make sure your relationships are healthy, because your willingness to commit to individuals can be devastating in random selections.
Instead of focusing on the quantity, it’s vital to focus on the quality of our friendships.
Living in the midst of constant conflict will eventually affects our health. High-conflict marriages, for instance, affect the health of those individuals negatively, perhaps more than getting a divorce. And living in the midst of warm, wholehearted relationships is protective and healthier.
This is what Waldinger and his team discovered: “When we gathered together everything we knew about them at age fifty, it wasn’t their middle-age cholesterol levels that predicted how they were going to grow old, it was how satisfied they were in their relationships. The people who were the most satisfied in their relationships at age fifty were the healthiest at age eighty.”
80 year-old men and women who were happily partnered reported that on the days when they had more physical pain, their mood remained just as happy. On the other hand, those in unhappy relationships had their physical pain magnified by being in more emotional pain.
Because Good Relationships Protect Our Body, The Brain Function Better
The study found that being attached to a good relationship in your 80s is protective. Such couples had sharper memories; while those who were in unpredictable and unreliable relationships where they couldn’t really count on the other person experienced gradual memory decline.
Waldinger explained that in addition to positively affecting your physical and emotional health, good relationships can empower your memory.
People who are in relationships where they feel they can count on their partner in times of need actually have a sharper, longer-lasting ability to remember things.
It’s important to note, it’s not that the researchers found that people in good relationships were without faults and weaknesses, or had to be easygoing all the time.
If you want to be happier and have stronger, positive relationships, Waldinger recommended, “replace screen time with people time,” “livening up a stale relationship by doing something new together, such as long walks or date nights, or reaching out to that family member who you haven’t spoken to in years.”
Waldinger said arguments didn’t affect the memories. They didn’t matter as long as those 80-year-old couples knew they could count on the other when the going got tough. “The good life,” Waldinger concluded, “is built with good relationships.”
“Relationships are messy and they’re complicated and the hard work of tending to family and friends, it’s not sexy or glamorous,” he said. “It’s also lifelong. It never ends.”

Quality Time for individuals who feel loved by getting your undivided attention.
Physical Touch is for those value nothing more highly than appropriate touch
The finding from that famous research at the Harvard Study of Adult Development, would naturally follow that those five love languages would in part or in totally enhance the lives of those couples.
Take physical touch for example, every normal healthy human being needs that therapy. As Botsio said in the Freedom Come Rain news paper, no amount of elbow-bumps can replace a physical hug. The fact is that physical touch is one of those fundamental needs of mankind, no matter what your other Love Languages may be.
The truth be told, all of us started out with the need for that love language of touch, in fact, scientists have discovered that babies who are hugged and kissed, developed more balanced emotional healthy lives than those who were deprived of frequent physical touch during their early years.
Physical touch is crucial, however, spiritual touch is paramount. Having a closer relationship with your creator is second to none. Communion with God is a love relationship that is real and personal.
When we get closer with Yeshua, He fills our love tanks bypassing all the peculiar Love Languages we possess if He chooses. Jehovah is the creator of Love, He is the real love, so He knows how to fill our Love tanks effortlessly, because that is what He is, Love.
There is but one condition apply; we need to choose to participate in His Love in this personal relationship, so we can live in His reality.
Maintaining Healthy Relationship During The Pandemic
Real question, how do those whose primary Love Language is physical touch cope in this pandemic? Considering that we are being starved of our human Love binding source, the fuel that fills our Love tank. We are being deprived of it, but there are other ways to cope.
This is the best time to get into a relationship with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost, the God of The Bible, the God of Israel.
God gave to Dr Gary Chapman the “Five Love Languages” as a description of how human beings give and receive Love. The Triune God is bigger than that formula, He will find ways to express Love to each of us the way He created us as unique beings to receive it.
This pandemic can work for our good, by pushing us to having our very own powerful Love tank filled with God through the reading of and obeying His Word.
Here is where I am choosing to live and experience healthy happy and longer life by loving Yeshua and walking in obedience.
The Creator God promised us long life on Earth if we honor and respect our parents (Ephesians 6: 2-3).
His commandments are instructions to guide us to a good life on Earth. So if you want to live a long life, follow them with all your heart (Mark 12: 29-31).
Wisdom is the ability to discern what’s right from what’s wrong. If you are wise enough, you will surely refrain from making hasty decisions that will bring your life in trouble. Hence, get knowledge and wisdom to live longer on Earth. Choose to eat the right food, do exercise, meditate, and relax (Proverbs 3: 13-16; 9:11).
Choose to be happy and healthy, not sickly. We are healthy by God’s design, and we are sick by our own default.
With Revelation 9, we get into the real action that leads up to Armageddon. An angel fallen to Earth was given the key to the abyss, releasing the monstrous things that have been confined in the bottomless pit.
Who is that angel? Is he loyal to God? And what are those locust-like things? We discuss what we know from the Bible and compare that information with what the people of the ancient world believed about the old gods—the Titans, Watchers, and Mesopotamian apkallu.

In the Bible, we’re taught that we are created. God created us to have a relationship with Him, but Adam, our first father disobeyed God’s law. Because he did, we inherited his sin. Now there is a divide between God and man.
God /////// X /////// Man
The Bible teaches that God is perfectly righteous and therefore, like a judge, he must convict those who are guilty of breaking His laws. Imagine looking at a person through a pane of glass. If the glass has mud all over it, you don’t see the beauty of that person, you see the mud. This is what it’s like when God looks at us. He sees our sins and because He is perfectly holy, he cannot accept us this way. Instead, he must judge our sins.
However, Jesus came and lived the perfect life that Adam didn’t. He repaired the divide. It is by faith in what God has done, through Jesus Christ – the God/Man – that we are restored to a right relationship with God. Jesus took all the sin and judgment that each of us deserves and was crucified on a cross. In that moment he became our sin and our guilt.
Now when we put our faith in Jesus Christ, God no longer sees our sin. Instead He sees Christ’s perfect obedience and righteousness. God has done all the work necessary for man to again live in His presence. The cross is the bridge that made this possible. It was at the greatest cost of all that man has been bought back from sin and death to eternal life through Jesus.
There is none righteous, no, not one; Romans 3:10
The Bible tells us that because we have a sin nature, we are unrighteous in God’s sight.
– Don’t look to your own goodness to save you.
…for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, Romans 3:23
We all have sin in our hearts – it’s our very nature to sin. We all were born with sin and without Jesus we are under the power of sin’s control.
– Admit that you are a sinner.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
Sin results in death and we all face physical death, the result of sin. But worse is our spiritually dead condition that has alienated us from God. Unless we’re reborn, it will last for all eternity. The Bible clearly teaches there is a place called the Lake of Fire where lost people will be destroyed. It’s the place where people who are spiritually dead will remain.
– Understand that you deserve death for your sin.
However, salvation is a gift from God to you! You can’t earn this gift; instead you must reach out and receive it.
– Ask God to forgive you and save you.
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:8
When Jesus died on the cross He paid the penalty for our sin – all our sin. He bought us out of slavery to sin and death! The only requirement on our part is that we believe in Him and what He has done for us, understanding that we are given new life through Him, and that He is our life. He did all this because He loved us and gave Himself for us!
– Accept the gift! His love alone saves you — not religion, church membership, or family heritage. God loves you, and the gift is waiting!
For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
Do it today! Make it known that you are standing for Christ and the Gospel.
– Call out to God in the name of Jesus!
…that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9
The term “justification” as used in the Bible is a legal term. When you call on Jesus, you stand righteous in God’s eyes. You can never stand condemned again because Christ’s perfect righteousness has now been given to you. Every sin you have ever committed or ever will commit is now covered by the precious blood of the spotless Lamb of God.
– You know God is knocking on your heart’s door, so ask Him to come into your heart. Believe in your heart and confess it with your mouth!
To understand a little of what Jesus Christ suffered, take time to read Isaiah 52:13 through 53:12. Isaiah is the 23rd book of the Bible. It was written 700 years before Jesus Christ came and foretold His mission to save us.
See, my servant will act wisely; he will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted.
Just as there were many who were appalled at him— his appearance was so disfigured beyond that of any man and his form marred beyond human likeness—
so will he sprinkle many nations, and kings will shut their mouths because of him. For what they were not told, they will see, and what they have not heard, they will understand.
Who has believed our message and to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed?
He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.
He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted.
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.
We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
He was oppressed and afflicted, yet he did not open his mouth; he was led like a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is silent, so he did not open his mouth.
By oppression and judgment he was taken away. And who can speak of his descendants? For he was cut off from the land of the living; for the transgression of my people he was stricken.
He was assigned a grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death, though he had done no violence, nor was any deceit in his mouth.
Yet it was the LORD’s will to crush him and cause him to suffer, and though the LORD makes his life a guilt offering, he will see his offspring and prolong his days, and the will of the LORD will prosper in his hand.
After the suffering of his soul, he will see the light of life and be satisfied; by his knowledge my righteous servant will justify many, and he will bear their iniquities.
Therefore I will give him a portion among the great, and he will divide the spoils with the strong, because he poured out his life unto death, and was numbered with the transgressors. For he bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
If you’ve never committed your life, soul, and eternal destiny to Jesus Christ then do it now! Turn to God through Jesus and He will give you a new heart and a new direction which will be your peace.
“God, I know I’m a sinner, I’m lost, and I need to be saved. I know I can’t save myself, so right now, once and for all, I trust You to save me. Come into my heart, forgive my sin, and make me Your child. I give You my life. I will live for You as You give me strength.”

Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #1 – Eat More Foods Reaped From The Plant, And Less of Those Manufactured In The Plant
The hot topic all over the world today is bolstering immunity.
Our eating habits and style is the best place to begin this important journey of lifestyle changes and strengthening your immunity. We must focus on eating raw organic and naturally grown foods.
We should also understand and apply the correct portion of dieting each day.
The following represent the right portion of healthy dieting:
50% Green nutrients.
35% Yellow nutrients.
15% Red nutrients
We need to consume more foods that heal our cells.
Healing foods should be eaten raw in their natural state. The group of foods that heal include fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, peas, and beans.
Healing foods that are cooked become neutral, they neither heal nor harm the cells of the body.
There’s a lot that people can do in regards to bolstering their immunity, and probably the first place to start is just with some basic nutrition.
One of the best aspects that you can do is addinglemons, limes and pineapples to your diet. Now this is not lemon and lime juice out of a bottle.
Those are pasteurized, it is not the same as the real fruits.
They are definitely not the same, and so whenever you take a lemon or lime, and I would certainly encourage organic, because it does afford a certain level of protection.

Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #2 – Drink More Purified Clean Water Daily
Drinking more water is one of the simplest habits many people are missing. Most of us do not drink enough water every day, which is necessary for our bodies to work properly.
Water is absolutely essential for carrying out our bodily functions, removing waste, and transporting nutrients and oxygen throughout our bodies.
The lymphatic system carries five times more liquid than blood in the circulatory system.
Since water is expelled every day through urination, bowel movements, perspiration and breathing, we need to replenish the amount of water in our bodies constantly and consistently.
The amount of water we need depends on a variety of factors, but generally an average adult needs two to three liters a day.
A good way to tell if you are getting enough water is by your urine—which should be either colorless or pale yellow.
Now, it doesn’t necessarily have to be just what we call “exercise“. I’m talking activity, that could be mowing your lawn, it could be playing with your kids, it could go for a bike ride, it could be dancing, it could be singing, it could be any number of things that’s interesting.
Because I think a lot of people when you say exercise, they immediately think the gym, guys in tights doing aerobics or lifting weights.
But I’m suggesting this could be anything that you actually enjoy doing.
That isn’t just monotonous in nature, that could be you riding a bike outside or playing with the kids.
I would certainly suggest that if there’s something that you have fun doing, there’s something you have enjoyed doing, promote that. It’s a good thing, those produce all kinds of biochemical, hormonal biophysical responses that are anti-aging.
That protect your immunity, that protects your bones and your joints and make you happier during the day, and it could be anything.
Our bodies really were meant to be used.
Yes, as one holistic doctors said, when you just sit around all day, your body starts to think you’re dying.
Get active in spirit, soul and body
Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #4 – Practice Good Quality Sleep Nightly
Sleeping, and I can’t even say how this is so important. It’s more important than food, than water, and we don’t think that way. But you can go exactly three days without sleeping and you’ll find out what matters most.
You know you can go that period without food, but you can’t go without sleep.
It’s when everybody shuts down, two-thirds of the body shuts down itself.
I’m generalizing here, but that’s when a third of the body goes to work, when the flushing happens, that’s when the cleansing happens, that’s when the repair happens, that’s when the immunity happens.
Your memories are made at night.
I mean when you’re asleep, so many of the vital functions, the anti-aging functions and the health functions, happen during sleep, and that’s why it’s so important to make sure you get quality sleep to bolster your immune system.
Again this is so important, that’s when detox mostly happen, when inflammation mostly happens.
It’s just so many layers, but you have to get great sleep to hit those maximum benefits.
Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #5 — Engage In Deep Breathing Daily
In every human being is what they call the vagus nerve, and it’s a nerve that runs from the back of the neck all the way down, pretty much through every organ.
It goes through your lungs, your gall bladder, liver, kidneys, and it’s because it both picks up and distributes information to those organs.
So every time you take a deep breath, and you don’t have to be a master breather. I’m literally talking about just a deep breath into the diaphragm and then all the way out and then another one, deep into the diaphragm.
What happens is, that sends a signal up the vagus nerve to the brain to calm down, so that’s why we get this feeling, and it’s not really a feeling it’s biochemistry.
You could do it right now, somebody’s like, hey step back, take a deep breath and calm down, which we all know, it’s universal.
Right now we can actually see the signal go up and down the body and it tells these organs and glands to relax.
So it’s definitely a good habit to develop and breathe deep whenever you can.
Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #6 — The Medicine Of Laughter
One healthy habit is that of laughter, yes laughter really is a medicine! It really is.
We secrete and release useful substances whenever we laugh.
And so if you find yourself being so stressed out, and you just can’t get out of that place, then take timeout, a little escape moment.
Go search for something that you find funny to watch, some kids play, go do something to that effect and see if you can find some of the places in your life that make you happy and want to laugh.

Stress is part of being human, and it can help motivate you to get things done.
But if not manage, it can easily drops immunity faster than any other thing. For a thousand reasons, it’s like whenever we get stressed the body can’t interpret stressors.
It really doesn’t know much of a difference between, I can’t pay my bills or if I’m being killed by a bear.
So the body shuts down memory.
You don’t need to fight a cold like you need to fight a bear, like it’s telling you, and burning through your B6 reserves. It’s like thousands of things are taking place when you are stressed.
It’s telling you, you don’t need to digest food, you don’t need to eliminate waste.
Stress shuts down everything concerning immunity.
So with that in mind the first thing I would say is, mindfulness, be aware. If you find yourself being stressed, realize, oh, I’m getting stressed!
I need to step back and just take a moment, and realize that my legs are not on fire.
I’m not literally in dire jeopardy, so that right there does wonderful things for helping us reset our mind, and not put you in a kind of worry and anxiety, which suppress our immunity through that mechanism.
Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #8 — Do Best Form Of Meditation
The word “meditation” has developed some what of a bad reputation in certain Christian circles. And the worst part about it is, some Christians believe in and embrace Transcendental Meditation as a good thing to do.
I simply want to reclaim the term without going too deep, as one of the essential spiritual disciplines for all believers.
I would like to make three fundamental points:
1 Meditation begins, but by no means ends, with thinking on Scripture, the Word of Yahweh.
2 Meditation therefore means, being completely attentive to Yahweh, and….
3 Meditation on Scripture is essential to Christian living.
This is one way to “keep our eyes on the things above where Christ is” (Col. 3:1). It is an active, present, and continuous engagement of the mind with God (Yahweh).
Our mind has to be renewed (Rom. 12:1-2) as part of the process by which the word of God can penetrates our soul and spirit with the Truth.
Christian meditation combines our soul, mind and heart.
Our soul reflecting upon what our mind have ingested and our heart rejoicing in what our soul have grasped. We have truly meditated when we slowly read, prayerfully imbibe and humbly rely upon what God has revealed to us.
All of this, of course, in total dependence on the internal, energizing work of the Holy Spirit.
Healthy Lifestyle Key Step #9 — The Health Benefits Of Fasting
The ninth healthy lifestyle key is fasting, which we think is becoming the absolute nutrition.
By giving the body a metabolic break, where it’s not constantly trying to digest food, allows it to turn its energy towards other things which are healing, and cleaning up the body.
And there’s a whole lot of data, and hopefully we can do a program to really look into more depth about the topic of fasting.
But suffice it to say that to refrain from eating and drinking, is an act of worship that is good for your spirit, soul and body.
It brings a new sense of satisfaction.
When you complete your fasting, you feel renewed and full of energy. You also detox your body and mind, with a new desire, a new praise and a sensitivity to God’s voice.
You’ll find that the absence of food was small in comparison to what you gained.
We’re just giving you an overview about the kind of simple things what you could do today, in order to boost your immunity right now to fight coronavirus.
These are the daily practices that would keep us from being stressed.
When we do this, we really absolve ourselves of so much of the worry, fear and anxiety. I mean we can, absolve ourselves of everything. This is what lets us know we did the work that we can on our end.
What you are seeing, hearing, experiencing at any moment is changing not only your mood, but how your nervous, endocrine, and immune systems are all working.

I declare that all forms of evil that can emanate from the use of internet devices will come under stricter regulation. Every form of crime, terrorism, and political manipulation, will be destroyed from our internet environment in Jesus name.
I pray for the current generation of children and young people to be protected by the Holy Spirit and the powers that be, from the problems of uncontrolled access to extreme pornography and ultra-violent content, and unethical advertising.
Let there be no internet addiction disorder, cyberbullying, grooming and revenge porn, and induced suicides in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
Father I pray for a divine intervention in the use of manipulative disinformation on social media to instigate riots and murders; cybercrime, including scamming, phishing, bank hacks, identity theft, fraud and resale of stolen credit card details; narcotics distribution via the dark web; terrorist recruitment on social media platforms.
I call forth an end to the undermining of the concept of truth, which happens because many people can no longer tell the difference between fake and real news.
Father in heaven, let the spirit behind the voices of honesty and truth ring out across the media platforms in this nation in Jesus name.
All truths is of God, and must overcome all falsehood and lies. All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them. Let truth be discovered now in Jesus name.
May your Spirit Lord, unveil and reveal all truths to us. May our eyes and mind be opened, focus, sharp and alert to the devil’s tactics to deceive.

Your Immune System Can Be Weakened From Insomnia Caused By Chronic Stress
Cure For Insomnia
It is a well known fact that psychosocial or environmental stress can negatively affect the body’s immune function.
Insomnia is also commonly associated with stress.
But the question now is, do these two stress-induced conditions share the same neural circuitry?
A new study, conducted by neuroscientists from Stanford University, at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) have identified the circuit in the brain that is responsible for sleepless nights in times of stress—and it turns out that, that circuit does more than make count sheep.
Their study with mice, ties the same neuronal connections that trigger insomnia to stress-induced changes in the immune system, which weaken the body’s defenses against a host of threats.
In mice, they found that signals from the hormone-releasing brain cells have a strong effect on the insomnia-inducing neurons.
Interfering with that connection enabled mice to sleep peacefully even after being exposed to a stressful situation, whereas artificial simulation of the stress-sensitive cells instantly roused slumbering animals.
The study, reported on September 9, 2020, in the journal Science Advances, connects and explains two familiar problems, says CSHL Assistant Professor Jeremy Borniger.
“This sort of stress-induced insomnia is well known among anybody that’s tried to get to sleep with a looming deadline or something the next day,” he says.
“And in the clinical world, it’s been known for a long time that chronically stressed patients typically do worse on a variety of different treatments and across a variety of different diseases.”
“It seems like it’s a pretty sensitive switch, in that even very weak stimulation of the circuit can drive insomnia,” says Borniger.
Like many aspects of the body’s stress response, these effects are thought to be driven by the stress hormone cortisol.
Working in the Stanford lab of Luis de Lecea, where Borniger completed a postdoctoral fellowship prior to joining CSHL, the research team found a direct connection between stress-sensitive neurons in the brain that trigger cortisol’s release and nearby neurons that promote insomnia.
The same connection, they found, also has a potent effect on the immune system. Stress significantly disrupts the abundance of certain immune cells in the blood, as well signaling pathways inside them, and the team was able to recreate these changes simply by stimulating the same neurons that link stress to insomnia.
Understanding this circuitry opens the door to a deeper understanding of the consequences of stress, not just in healthy individuals but also in persons with certain types of disease.
Borniger says understanding how stress triggers both insomnia and immunosuppression helps researchers look to novel treatments for a number of autoimmune diseases.
Interfering with this brain circuit could offer new ways to treat disease. And, of course, new ways to potentially reduce the negative effects of stress on our sleep.
He continues: “I’m really interested in how we can manipulate distinct circuits in the brain to control not just the immune system at baseline, but in disease states like inflammatory bowel disease or in cancer or in psoriasis–things that are associated with systemic inflammation.”
“Because if we can understand and manipulate the immune system using the natural circuitry in the body rather than using a drug that hits certain targets within the system, I think that would be much more effective in the long run, because it just co-opts the natural circuits in the body.”

The White House is embracing discussion on controversial “Herd Immunity” of tackling the coronavirus. We should start at the beginning with a basic understanding of what is herd immunity and why is it important?
“Herd Immunity” takes place when a large percentage of the people in a community refer to as the “herd”, becomes immune to a disease, resulting in the possibility of spreading a disease from one person to another less likely.
As a consequence, the whole community becomes more protected — not just those who are immune.
Herd immunity can be reached through natural infection by allowing the virus to run its course until a sufficient number of people in the population have recovered from the disease and have developed antibodies against future infection.
It is a way to achieve mass immunity against an infection at a fast rate.
Why Is Herd Immunity Controversial?
The term “Herd” used to describe human is scoffed at as derogatory way to describe people. Also many looked at it as a risky move to intentionally expose 60-70 per cent of young and healthy population of a region to the novel coronavirus believing that their immune systems can develop antibodies against the pathogen and help them become immune to it.

This approach will entail allowing the coronavirus to spread through most of the population to quickly build resistance to the virus, while taking steps to protect those in nursing homes and other vulnerable populations, according to five people familiar with the discussions.
